1. What this is
Xobak publishes an interface to smart contracts deployed on a public blockchain. It is non-custodial: at no point does it take possession of, control, or have the ability to move your assets. Every action you take is a transaction you sign yourself and broadcast to the network.
2. No advice, no solicitation
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. Yield figures are historical observations of realized fees, not forecasts, and are not guaranteed in any amount or at any time.
3. You accept the risk of loss
Depositing into a liquidity vault can lose money — including in periods when the vault collected fees, because impermanent loss and fee income are separate ledgers. The full risk list is in the protocol documentation and you are expected to have read it. In particular:
- Stock Tokens are structured as debt securities. Holding one — or a vault share backed by one — conveys no shareholder rights, no vote and no direct claim on the underlying company.
- Smart contracts may contain defects. Audits reduce that risk; they do not eliminate it.
- Oracle, keeper, RPC or sequencer failure can delay or block a protective action.
4. Eligibility and your own law
You are responsible for determining whether your use of this interface is lawful where you are, and for any tax consequences arising from it. Do not use this site if doing so would breach a sanction, a securities restriction, or any other law that applies to you.
5. Fees
The protocol charges 15% of newly collected fees as a strategy fee; the remaining 85% stays with the vault. There is no deposit fee, no withdrawal fee and no fee on principal. Network gas is paid by you, to the network.
6. No warranty, limited liability
The interface is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xobak and its contributors are not liable for any loss of profits, assets or data arising from use of the interface or the underlying contracts.
7. Changes
These terms may be revised; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.
