Stock tokens
that hold a range.
Agent-run concentrated liquidity for tokenized equities. Deposit one asset. The strategy places the ticks, holds the range through the overnight gap, compounds realized fees and writes every action to chain.
Stock-token vaults
Each vault is sized against one equity’s own volatility. Select one to inspect the range it is holding and everything it has done.

The vault is the interface. The strategy is the intelligence.
The agent reads spot location, realized volatility, range utilization and inventory skew, then decides where liquidity can work. Every guarded action passes a TWAP deviation check first, so a dislocated or stale reference price blocks the rebalance instead of executing into it.

Four steps, then it runs without you
You never pick a tick, calculate a ratio, collect a fee or send a rebalance. Those are the operations the vault exists to absorb.
You supply capital
Deposit a stock token, USDG or both. You receive vault shares — a proportional claim on the position, not a separate reward token.
The agent places liquidity
The strategy sizes a range against that equity's realized volatility and deploys the pooled assets into the live pool at the 0.3% fee tier.
Trading pays the position
Every swap through the range pays fees to it. This is market-generated yield from real trading demand — not an emissions schedule.
Value returns to the vault
Collected fees stay in the strategy. 85% is retained by the vault, and it shows up as each share being worth more.
Concentrated liquidity is a full-time job most LPs lose.
These are published findings about the market this vault operates in — not this product’s performance. They are the reason the position is run by a policy instead of handed back to you as a set of tick inputs.

Impermanent loss exceeded fee income across the studied cohort.
Bancor × IntoTheBlockIn that same cohort, losses outweighed everything the pools paid out.
Bancor × IntoTheBlockNo statistical outperformance was found for LPs who repositioned more often. Clicking more is not a strategy.

Mid-2026The checks that block an action
An automated strategy is only as trustworthy as the conditions under which it declines to act. 15 blocked actions sit in the ledger above.
TWAP deviation check
Guarded actions abort when spot has moved more than 1.5% from a 30-minute time-weighted reference. A dislocated pool cannot be rebalanced into.
Oracle staleness ceiling
A reference older than 15 minutes blocks the action outright rather than letting it price off a stale number.
Minimum output and deadline
Every zap swap carries a 2% minimum-output floor and a 20-minute deadline. A stale transaction reverts instead of executing at a moved price.
Separated permissions
You control your own deposits and shares. Rebalancing, compounding and pausing sit behind separate authorized roles — none of which can move user assets out.
Live contracts
Always confirm the address your wallet displays before signing. Deposits and shares are controlled by you; rebalancing, compounding and pausing require separately authorized roles, and none of them can route your assets to a third party.
The register entry opens when the token is deployed. Vault and zap contracts are already live and listed alongside.
These vaults are not savings accounts. Returns vary, and deposits can lose value.
Market and liquidity risk
Price movement, impermanent loss, time spent out of range and rebalancing costs can all outweigh the fees earned. A vault can lose money in a month it collected fees.
Smart-contract risk
Vault, zap, token, pool and chain contracts may contain defects or interact in unexpected ways. Audits reduce this; they do not remove it.
Infrastructure risk
Oracle, keeper, RPC or sequencer disruption can delay or block a guarded action — including one that would have protected the position.
Asset and strategy risk
Stock tokens are debt securities carrying issuer dependencies, not equity. Strategy decisions and authorized roles introduce risk of their own.
Before you deposit
Where does the yield come from?+
Swap fees paid by traders using the underlying USDG pool. It is market-generated and varies with volume, TVL, how much of the time the position sits in range, and how well the strategy places it. There is no emission and no subsidy.
Is the displayed APR a promise?+
No. It annualizes fees the position has already realized over a trailing window. Future volume, volatility and range utilization can be materially different, and the figure moves every day.
Do I get a separate reward token?+
No. Your shares represent your portion of the underlying position. Collected net fees stay in the vault, which means each share is worth more rather than a second asset appearing in your wallet.
Can I lose money while the vault is earning fees?+
Yes, and this is the most important line on this page. Fee income and impermanent loss are separate ledgers. A sharp move in the underlying equity can cost more than a month of fees paid in.
Do I own the underlying shares?+
No. Stock Tokens track the performance of a listed stock but are structured as debt securities — holders receive no shareholder rights. Depositing into a vault does not change that.
What happens if the price leaves the range?+
The position stops earning fees and sits entirely in one asset until the strategy resets it. The range readout above shows exactly when that is happening, and the ledger records every reset.
Your stock tokens stop sitting still.
